Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop new pastry items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
  • Ensure food safety and sanitary standards are met
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry supplies
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
