Job Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year of pastry experience
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be innovative and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of current trends in dessert preparation
  • Food handlers card preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare tasteful and appealing desserts for the restaurant, banquets and on occasion the Mesa
  • Maintain pars on necessary items
  • Communicate to pastry chef any vital information
  • Stay updated with new trends in dessert presentation and preparation
  • Manage workload during high demand periods
  • Ensure quality and consistency in all pastry products
  • Perform other duties as assigned
