Job Requirements

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing them before use
- use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and correctly for food preparation and baking
- follow and enforce food safety policies, including personal hygiene
- monitor appliance and food temperatures and report issues to management
- clean and disinfect kitchen areas and organize workstations
- monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional appearance and uniform
- uphold confidentiality and protect company assets
- communicate clearly and professionally, including answering phones
- cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team to achieve goals
- comply with quality standards and expectations
- lift, move, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- work safely on inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- stretch, bend, twist, stoop, and crouch as needed
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
