Job Requirements

- Availability to work flexible hours between 6 am and 9 pm, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must comply with food safety regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and production procedures accurately

- Physical ability to handle kitchen equipment and materials safely
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of pastry and bakery experience
- Previous experience working in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of professional pastry preparation techniques
- Ability to develop new pastry and dessert products
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare pastry food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
- Stock, maintain and ensure proper storage and refrigeration of an adequate supply of all prepared product
- Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus, as needed
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
- Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications
- Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items
