Job Requirements

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment

- Previous culinary experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a pastry cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
- Ability to follow recipes accurately

- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and ensuring production requirements are met for all aspects of banquet, outlet desserts, breads and breakfast pastries
- Monitor age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
- Keep all refrigeration equipment, storage and working areas clean and clutter free, complying with health department regulations
- Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus, as needed
- Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications
- Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items
