Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and ensure production requirements are met for banquet desserts, outlet pastries, breads, and breakfast pastries
- Monitor the age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
- Keep all refrigeration equipment, storage, and working areas clean and clutter free in compliance with health department regulations
- Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus as needed
- Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications
- Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items
