Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Ability to follow food safety procedures
- Ability to use baking tools and equipment safely
- Physical ability to handle kitchen tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene standards
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries including doughs and fillings
- Proof and bake baked goods according to production sheets
- Decorate baked goods as appropriate
- Maintain kitchen logs for compliance with food safety programs
- Communicate excess food items to Chef for daily specials planning
- Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely and appropriately
- Monitor quality of food prepared and portions served
