Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry/bakery preferably with large production volume
- knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times
- ability to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate effectively within a team

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/recipe
- monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines
- comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
- assist in inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during shifts
