Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in pastry/bakery preferably with large production volume
- knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment and baking times
- ability to comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification/recipe
- monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines
- comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- report problems with the food safety management system to the manager and hygiene and food safety team
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
