Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to safely use baking tools, equipment, and appliances
- Ability to maintain food safety and hygiene procedures
- Physical ability to move, lift, and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries including doughs and fillings
- proof, bake, and decorate baked goods
- Review production sheets to understand daily baked goods variety
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen logs for food safety compliance
- Monitor food quality and portion control during shifts
- Assist management in hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies
- Check and report kitchen appliance and food temperatures
- Maintain professional personal appearance and communicate effectively
- Serve as a department role model or mentor
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors
