Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking bending reaching and performing other repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years pastry experience
  • basic math skills with the ability to understand calculate and follow recipe measurements
  • capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • ability to work as a team player following procedures and taking directions
  • capacity to work full time hours Monday through Friday day shift

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes portion sizes and to a quality standards
  • keep workstations and equipment clean organized sanitized and sufficiently stocked and utilize kitchen equipment to prepare food items such as knives slicers pots steamers and ovens
  • ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • perform opening closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
