Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous pastry cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varied temperatures
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and use kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and guests
  • Willingness to work morning to mid-afternoon shift
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare dessert items including baking, sauce work, and chocolate work
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent presentation of pastries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team and front-of-house staff
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Manage inventory and restock pastry supplies as needed
  • Assist in menu development and recipe execution
