Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months pastry experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- team-oriented mindset
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of pastry experience
- exposure to high-volume kitchen operations

Job Duties
- follow standardized recipes for banquet desserts
- prepare banquet and outlet desserts according to specifications
- bake off and plate daily breakfast pastries
- prepare and assist in production of doughs, batters, and mixes
- ensure desserts are completed and ready for timely delivery
- maintain food handling procedures in line with health and safety standards
- keep workstation clean and organized following sanitation protocols
