Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • six months to one year of pastry experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • team-oriented attitude

  • exposure to high-volume kitchen environments
  • culinary school background is a plus
  • passion for pastry and eagerness to learn
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • strong commitment to quality and excellence

Job Duties

  • Follow standardized recipes for all banquet desserts ensuring product quality and standards
  • prepare all required banquet and outlet desserts according to provided specifications
  • bake off and plate daily breakfast pastries
  • prepare and assist in the production of doughs batters and mixes
  • ensure desserts are completed and ready for delivery in a timely order
  • ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols
