Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a pastry cook or in a similar role
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Follow standardized recipes for all banquet desserts, ensuring product quality and standards
- Prepare all required banquet and outlet desserts according to the provided specifications
- Ensure desserts are completed and ready for delivery in a timely order
- Support Sous Chefs oversee team performance and daily task completion
- Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols
