Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in baking and pastry is preferred
- Ability to work, collaborate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
- Personable and enjoys engaging with guests and team members
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Organize and manage the pastry section of the kitchen to make sure work environment is successful
- Preparing ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment
- Create new recipes for seasonal menus
- Passionate about the development of pastries and desserts
- Maintain inventory of the stock of baking ingredients
- Ensuring safety and health regulations are met
- Train and supervise new team members
