Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience in baking and pastry
Ability to work, collaborate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours including standing, walking, bending and squatting
Personable and enjoys engaging with guests and team members
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Organize and manage the pastry section of the kitchen to make sure work environment is successful
Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment
Create new recipes for seasonal menus
Be passionate about the development of pastries and desserts
Maintain inventory of the stock of baking ingredients
Ensure safety and health regulations are met
Train and supervise new team members
