Job Requirements

  • Schedule availability to include working days, nights and weekends with consistent availability between the hours of 8am and 6pm
  • Ability to follow recipes and convert units of measurement
  • Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in pastry is preferred
  • Serve safe certification preferred
  • Excitement for details and consistency
  • Friendly and energetic with a willingness to learn
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, enthusiastic work environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastries and confections along with daily Afternoon Tea prep
  • Understand recipes and converting units of measurement
  • Focus on details while delivering high quality food
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner consistent with the needs of a high-volume production team
  • Assist with keeping an organized, clean kitchen
  • Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
