- 2 years hotel or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
- assist higher level bakers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workspace
- follow safety and hygiene guidelines
- support inventory management and stock supplies
- collaborate with kitchen team for smooth operation
- perform other duties as assigned by chef
