Job Requirements

Willingness to learn
ability to lift 50+ lbs
18 years or older
1+ year professional baking experience

Job Qualifications

Professional pastry experience
minimum one year baking experience
ability to follow recipes accurately
strong organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
excellent teamwork and communication skills
passion for scratch cooking and baking

Job Duties

Execute recipes
produce orders for pastry department
manage baking schedules
ensure quality control of pastry products
collaborate with kitchen and farm staff
maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen
assist in inventory and stocking of baking supplies
