- 1 plus year professional baking experience

- ability to work 11am to 8pm shifts

Job Duties
- execute recipes
- produce orders for the pastry department
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
- ensure quality control of all pastry products
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production goals
- manage inventory of baking supplies
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
