Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift moderate weights
- commitment to quality and consistency
- basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking and pastry preparation
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and maintain quality

Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products according to pastry shop standards
- assist higher level bakers
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen
- support inventory management and ingredient preparation
- adhere to recipes and presentation standards
- perform other duties as assigned by the Chef
