Job Duties
- Prepare all pastry products according to Pastry shop standards
- assist higher level bakers
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- ensure quality control of pastry items
- manage inventory and supplies for pastry preparation
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- perform other duties as assigned by Chef
