Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in pastry production preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and knives safely
- good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare pastries and desserts for service
- bake, make sauces, and work with chocolate and other dessert components
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
- comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- restock supplies and manage inventory
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient dessert service
- follow all safety protocols and use kitchen equipment properly
