Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pastry production preferred
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • effective communication skills with guests and team members
  • knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and knives safely
  • good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastries and desserts for service
  • bake, make sauces, and work with chocolate and other dessert components
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry workstation
  • comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • restock supplies and manage inventory
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient dessert service
  • follow all safety protocols and use kitchen equipment properly
