Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pastry or culinary arts preferred

  • Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Lift and move approximately 50 pounds including setting and storage in overhead areas
  • Push and pull carts weighing approximately 250 pounds
  • Bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach continuously
  • Perform tasks requiring sustained repetitive motion and motor skills
  • Properly maintain and operate basic kitchen equipment such as slicers, tilt skillets, steamers, mixers, and ovens
  • Move freely within the kitchen
  • Stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Work in temperature extremes and handle hot utensils and equipment
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and direct or escort them as needed
  • Interact with guests and team members courteously and empathetically
  • Work with chemicals and prolonged exposure to water
  • Understand and execute all safety and emergency procedures including fire, crowd control, inclement weather, and bomb threats
  • Understand culinary terminology and demonstrate pastry skills
  • Move product from main kitchen to designated Club spaces as a pastry runner
  • Assist in setting up Chef Tables
  • Build finished products and plate items according to lead direction
