Job Requirements

  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

  • willingness to comply with background check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional pastry or baking role (fine dining or upscale environment preferred)
  • strong working knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques, including doughs, mousses, custards, sauces, and plated dessert composition
  • ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen
  • flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • positive attitude and eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow

Job Duties

  • Prepare and plate desserts, pastries, and breads in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
  • assist in the development of seasonal dessert offerings and daily specials
  • ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of all ingredients and finished products
  • follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station at all times
  • support inventory management, ordering, and product rotation as needed
  • communicate and collaborate with front- and back-of-house team members to ensure seamless service
