Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Pastry degree or graduation from a certified apprenticeship program
- Minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience in contract foodservice industry
- Experience in premium services, catering, or concessions for sports and entertainment venues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to high-level customer and client service
- Leadership and initiative

- High organization and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
- Direct, implement, and maintain a guest service and management philosophy that guides team members
- Meet with Executive Culinary Team to review assignments, business levels, and job performance information
- Ensure only the highest quality products are served to guests
- Demonstrate strong baking and pastry skills
- Apply knowledge of bread baking and advanced pastry techniques
- Maintain and abide by County Health and Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards
- Provide efficient service and maintain positive customer and client relations
- Ensure all equipment is operational and cleaned regularly
- Rotate to other service locations as necessary
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
