Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, plated desserts, breads, and components according to standardized recipes
  • assist in menu development, seasonal dessert features, and daily prep
  • ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
  • maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked pastry and prep stations
  • follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times
  • work closely with the BOH team to support service and special events
