Job Requirements
- Basic pastry or baking knowledge (school or hands-on experience preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and take feedback
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability for weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Assist in the daily production of pastries, desserts, sauces, creams, doughs, mousses, glazes, and chocolate elements
- Follow recipes with accuracy and maintain consistency in preparation and flavor
- Set up and maintain the pastry station for service
- Assist with plating desserts during service following the Executive Pastry Chef’s standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage according to food-safety guidelines (HACCP)
- Label, date, and rotate products correctly (FIFO)
- Support production for high-volume events, banquets, and special menus
- Operate pastry equipment and tools safely (mixers, ovens, dehydrators, etc.)
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
