Job Duties

  • Produce and assist with mise-en-place and cooking of all menu items ensuring the highest standards are maintained for all outlets
  • Ensure superior production of sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, chocolates for all outlets as well as banquets and amenities
  • Establish standard recipes and ensure compliance with them
  • Communicate regularly with pastry management team and contribute to menu development and recipe creation for various outlets
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment conducive to learning and growth for all team members
  • Assist in prep work as required for the next shift
  • Support special projects such as wedding cakes, banquets, or bread work as needed
