Job Requirements

  • minimum 2-3 years of experience in baking or pastry
  • availability to work 2:00am to 10:30am shifts on Wednesday and Thursday
  • ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • capacity to stand, bend, twist, and work on slippery or uneven surfaces
  • willingness to perform additional reasonable duties as requested
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no licenses or certifications required

  • minimum 2-3 years of baking or pastry experience preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • competency in using baking tools and kitchen appliances
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists
  • prepare ingredients such as portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • safely and properly use tools, equipment, and appliances for measuring and baking
  • follow and ensure compliance with food safety policies including personal hygiene practices
  • check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food and report issues to management
  • clean and sanitize kitchen areas and follow hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the work shift
