Job Requirements
- Professional pastry and baking experience required
- Full-time availability

Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience as a pastry cook in hotels, restaurants, country clubs, or similar industries
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of measurements, conversions, nutrition, and diet
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to provide photo samples of dessert and pastry creations
Job Duties
- Prepare pastries, baked goods, and desserts under the guidance of the Pastry Chef
- Prepare all food according to standard recipes and special dietary orders
- Organize pastry production in a cost-effective manner and comply with health and safety standards
- Maintain workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Comply with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
- Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly
