  • ability to read and execute recipes

  • ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders and outlet tickets

Job Duties

  • assist the Executive Pastry Chef in pastry production
  • prepare baked goods, frozen desserts, and plated desserts
  • create specialty cakes including four-tier wedding cakes
  • read and execute standardized recipes using imperial and metric measurements
  • interpret outlet tickets and Banquet Event Orders
  • multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
  • maintain Club standards for quality and presentation
