Job Duties
- assist the Executive Pastry Chef in pastry production
- prepare baked goods, frozen desserts, and plated desserts
- create specialty cakes including four-tier wedding cakes
- read and execute standardized recipes using imperial and metric measurements
- interpret outlet tickets and Banquet Event Orders
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen
- maintain Club standards for quality and presentation
