Job Requirements
- pastry degree preferred or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques
- ability to read and execute recipes using imperial and metric measurements in English
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen
- dependable and team-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ability to read and interpret outlet tickets and banquet event orders

Job Duties
- assist the executive pastry chef in all pastry production tasks
- prepare baked goods, frozen desserts, plated desserts, and specialty cakes
- create four-tier wedding cakes and other custom cakes
- maintain consistency and quality of all desserts
- read and execute standardized recipes accurately
- interpret outlet tickets and banquet event orders
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
