Job Duties

  • Create pastries, baked goods, and confections by following set recipes
  • Operate and manage the pastry section of the kitchen and liaise with executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment
  • Use knowledge of baking ingredients to create innovative and creative recipes
  • Assist in developing seasonal recipes and menus to align with current trends
  • Ensure the bakery section complies with health and safety regulations
  • Prepare a variety of baked goods with precision and care
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to change in the kitchen environment
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned or requested
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and fun attitude toward guests and team members
