Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • set up the service station and ensure all mise-en-place is in order
  • accurate and timely plating during service
  • maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
  • weekly inventory and ordering
  • ensure all products are labeled and organized in the pastry station, pastry walk-in, and prep kitchen
  • perform station breakdown and deep cleaning with professionalism and pride
