Job Duties
- set up the service station and ensure all mise-en-place is in order
- accurate and timely plating during service
- maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized station
- weekly inventory and ordering
- ensure all products are labeled and organized in the pastry station, pastry walk-in, and prep kitchen
- perform station breakdown and deep cleaning with professionalism and pride
