Job Duties
- Produce and assist with mise en place and cooking of all menu items ensuring highest standards are maintained for all outlets
- Ensure superior production of all sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, chocolates for all outlets as well as banquets and amenities
- Establish standard recipes and ensure compliance with them
- Communicate regularly with pastry management team and contribute to menu development and recipe creation
- Create and maintain a positive work environment conducive to learning and growth for all team members
- Assist in prep work as required for the next shift
- Collaborate with Executive Pastry Chef to develop innovative products for hotel outlets
