Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of pastries, plated desserts, breads, and components according to standardized recipes
  • Assist in menu development, seasonal dessert features, and daily prep
  • Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked pastry and prep stations
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times
  • Work closely with the back-of-house team to support service and special events
