Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery preferably with large production volume
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
  • Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery preferably with large production volume
  • Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
  • Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification and recipe
  • Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within given time to meet strict deadlines
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
  • Report problems with the food safety management system to manager and hygiene and food safety team
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor to support business operations
