Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery preferably with large production volume
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

- Knowledge of baking ingredients, measuring techniques, mixing methods, kitchen equipment, and baking times
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare pastry items according to specification and recipe
- Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within given time to meet strict deadlines
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- Report problems with the food safety management system to manager and hygiene and food safety team
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor to support business operations
