Job Duties

  • Bake and create in a specific station
  • learn the Maman recipes
  • always keep the kitchen sparkling
  • skillfully complete all facets of Viennoiserie and pastry production from scaling to mixing, laminating, shaping, baking, decorating
  • follow the guidelines of the pastry chef as well as DOH rules and company policies
