Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years pastry experience in private club or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to multitask and maintain high standards
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to read and interpret recipes and banquet orders
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work full-time year-round

- strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques

- experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Duties
- assist the Executive Pastry Chef in pastry production
- prepare baked goods such as cakes, pastries, and frozen desserts
- create plated desserts for daily dining services
- produce specialty cakes including four-tier wedding cakes
- follow standardized recipes using imperial and metric measurements
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining club standards
- read and interpret outlet tickets and banquet event orders
