Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum four years culinary or related experience
- flexible schedule ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, with possibility of overnight shifts
- strong attention to detail
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- excellent organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
- minimum four years culinary or related work experience
- basic culinary knowledge is expected for this position
- working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job
Job Duties
- Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards
- complete mise en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including food processor, mixer, oven
- maintain a clean and efficient station
- manage and prioritize tasks by shift
