Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • at least four years of culinary or related work experience
  • flexible schedule to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
  • minimum four years culinary or related work experience
  • basic culinary knowledge is expected for this position
  • working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job
  • ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, with possibility of overnight shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards
  • complete mise en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
  • operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment including food processor, mixer, oven
  • maintain a clean and efficient station
  • manage and prioritize tasks by shift
