Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years pastry experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
  • Read, write and speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of various pastries and desserts
  • Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and flavor profiles
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
  • Monitor inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work extended hours as needed based on business demands
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
