Job Duties

  • Function in a high volume kitchen with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Explore a variety of cuisines, techniques, and styles of cooking
  • Bake with alternative flours and sweeteners
  • Prepare, produce, and bake desserts and pastries using current techniques
  • Commit to sustainable kitchen practices
  • Maintain high level food handling and storage standards and procedures
  • Set up, organize, work, replenish and clean a professional workstation
