Job Duties
- Function in a high volume kitchen with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Explore a variety of cuisines, techniques, and styles of cooking
- Bake with alternative flours and sweeteners
- Prepare, produce, and bake desserts and pastries using current techniques
- Commit to sustainable kitchen practices
- Maintain high level food handling and storage standards and procedures
- Set up, organize, work, replenish and clean a professional workstation
