Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of culinary or related work experience
- Ability to follow recipe cards and culinary standards
- Capability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- Must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years culinary or related work experience
- Basic culinary knowledge with working knowledge generally learned on-the-job
- Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, including possibility of overnight shift
Job Duties
- Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards
- Complete mise en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment including food processor, mixer, oven
- Maintain a clean and efficient station
- Manage and prioritize tasks by shift
