Job Qualifications

  • less than one year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience required
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • basic food safety knowledge
  • willingness to learn and participate in training programs

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
  • safely operate kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances for measuring and baking
  • follow and ensure compliance with food handling safety and personal hygiene procedures
  • check and maintain correct temperatures of cooking appliances and food, reporting any issues to management
  • clean and sanitize kitchen areas and organize workstations
  • monitor food quality and portion control throughout the work shift
  • comply with company safety policies and procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions
  • maintain professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information
  • communicate clearly and professionally with team members and use appropriate telephone protocols
  • support team efforts and foster positive working relationships
  • adhere to quality standards and company expectations
  • safely lift and move objects up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, and reaching for extended periods
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
