Job Duties
- Set up station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines
- Prepare all pastry items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Pastry Chef or restaurant
- Restock all items as needed throughout shift and take inventory after service
- Clean and maintain stations while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Properly use and maintain all equipment in station
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or chef de partie
