Job Duties

  • Set up station in time for service according to restaurant guidelines
  • Prepare all pastry items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Pastry Chef or restaurant
  • Restock all items as needed throughout shift and take inventory after service
  • Clean and maintain stations while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • Properly use and maintain all equipment in station
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Pastry Chef, Sous Chef, or chef de partie
