Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal culinary training from an accredited institution
  • Prior culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required by kitchen work
  • Ability to pass skills demonstration test as required
  • Flexible and reliable work ethic

Job Duties

  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Manage food inventory and minimize waste
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in menu planning and specials when required
