Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- High school education or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant culinary experience
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards

Job Qualifications
- High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years culinary or related work experience

- Ability to work with careful and meticulous nature
- Strong sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Produce and assist with mise-en-place and cooking of all menu items ensuring high standards are maintained for all outlets
- Ensure superior production of sweet items including pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, breads, chocolates for all outlets as well as banquets and amenities
- Establish standard recipes and ensure compliance with them
- Communicate regularly with Pastry management team and contribute to menu development and recipe creation for a variety of outlets
- Create and maintain a positive work environment conducive to learning and growth for all team members
- Assist in prep work as required for the next shift
- Participate in special event preparations such as wedding cakes, banquets, or bread work
